|Returns are accepted up to 30 days from date of purchase, customer pays the postage.
This does not affect the customers statutory rights.
We take great care not to send outwardly damaged yarns, any defect within the ball when you knit should be taken up with the manufacturer.
We also endevour to send each shade with identical dye codes but this is occassionally not possible and we reserve the right to mix them should it be necessary to complete an order.
Should your package arrive damaged, please take this up with the courier to claim compensation.
